Pacific Oak Capital Advisors LLC is also the asset manager for Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT (Pacific Oak SOR I) and Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT II (Pacific Oak SOR II), which invest primarily in value-add, opportunistic and core plus real estate which are then asset managed into core status.
