Proactive and effective risk management is a fundamental part of KORE US REIT’s business strategy. The Enterprise Risk Management framework, which forms part of the REIT’s System of Management Controls, provides a holistic and systematic approach to risk management. It outlines the reporting structure, monitoring mechanisms, specific risk management processes and tools, as well as KORE US REIT’s policies and limits in addressing and managing key risks identified.
